How do you help organization develop
a „strong company culture“?
Every company, firm, sports club or school
strives for success, which is conditioned
by effective leadership and functional
teamwork. An inspiring leader can breathe
energy, vision and purpose into the team.
To build a strong corporate culture,
you need to develop and motivate your
team so that each individual feels heard
and appreciated. I am a partner of the
company that creates an environment
where the team masters practical skills
that immediately increase performance
and creates an atmosphere filled with
effective communication and motivation.
The individual gains the skills of flexibility,
rapid chase, critical thinking and well-being
in the world of „multitasking Olympics“.
What specific programs do you offer

Does your personal and professional life
connect with a motto that is close to you?
In English, the motto is known as „Lead
by example“. I am a systematic visionary,
I like to motivate people around me and
I use noble words like „inspiration“,
„creativity“, „potential“ or „ambition“,
because I believe that these words are
transformed into energy that is the driving
force of success. This personal and direct
communication of the type „believe
in yourself” and „you can do it“, is the most
effective motivation for a team or family.
Since I have five children, I try to be not
only a parent to them, but also a partner
who supports them in their personal
and life growth.
What has appealed to you recently, not
only in the work environment?
I was made to laugh by the statement of one
of my clients who told me during a personal
meeting that I am such a „renaissance
woman“ because I dedicate my free time
to teaching English to VIP clients, create
daily posts on my Instagram teaching
vocabulary as well as I like to moderate
interesting events, even in English.
I have occasionally had the opportunity
to interpret sports press conferences
and have moderated several football
matches with up to 15,000 fans. Thanks
to Studio POSITIV, I have the opportunity
to apply my moderator skills in the football
podcast První Liga or the English podcast

Spojuje Váš osobní a pracovní život motto,
které je Vám blízké?
Anglicky je motto známé pod „Lead
by example“, což znamená: Vést příkladem.
Jsem systematický vizionář, ráda motivuji
lidi kolem sebe a používám k tomu vzne-
šená slova jako „inspirace“, „kreativita“,
„potencionál“ či „ambice“, protože věřím,
že tato slova se přetvářejí do energie, která
je hnacím motorem úspěchu. Tato osobní
a přímá komunikace typu „věř si“ a „doká-
žeš to“ je nejúčinnější motivací pro tým či
rodinu. Jelikož mám pět dětí, snažím se jim
být nejen rodičem, ale také partnerem, kte-
rý je podporuje v osobním a životním růstu.
Co Vás v poslední době oslovilo nejen
v pracovním prostředí?
Rozesmálo mě tvrzení jednoho z mých kli-
entů, který mi při osobní schůzce řekl, že
jsem taková „renesanční“ v návaznosti na to,
že se ve svém volném čase věnuji výuce an-
gličtiny pro VIP klienty, na svém Instagramu
vytvářím denně příspěvky vyučující slovní
zásobu, ráda moderuji zajímavé akce, a to
i v angličtině. Občas jsem měla možnost
tlumočit sportovní tiskové konference
a mám za sebou moderování několika fot-
balových utkání i s 15 000 fanoušky. Díky
