Since its founding in 2009, CAIM has consistently
worked to develop interim management
as a respected discipline. It shares best practices,
explains the principles of interim leadership and helps
companies understand its benefits. Over time, it has
defined and maintained professional and ethical
standards that set the quality bar for interim managers
in the Czech Republic. A major milestone came
in 2022 with the official accreditation of the discipline
by the Czech Chamber of Commerce—CAIM being
the only organisation in the country to hold it.
Support for Businesses and the Economy
Interim management is a tool that enables companies

losing momentum. The association connects businesses
