Skupina ČEZ propojuje vzdělávání s praxí prostřednic-

tvím originálních projektů, jako je např. „Energetická

maturita“. Letos se konala v Elektrárně Ledvice a nabíd-

la studentům partnerských škol třídenní intenzivní pro-

gram – od přednášek o klasické i obnovitelné energeti-

ce až po exkurze do provozu a závěrečný test. Kromě

těchto akcí ČEZ dlouhodobě podporuje popularizaci

fyziky a techniky napříč republikou prostřednictvím

své platformy „Vzdělávání a energetika zábavně“, kde

nabízí školám programy, soutěže i vzdělávací materiály.

vysílanou on-line prohlídku a nabijte se společně zají-

mavostmi o energetice!

Kaufland dává studentům příležitost od prvních pra-

covních zkušeností až po start kariéry. Nabízí praxe

pro středoškoláky v obchodech, logistice i masozá-

vodě a spolupracuje přímo s odbornými školami.

Vysokoškolákům je otevřená stáž napříč ročníky

i obory – a firma má zájem spolupráci dále rozšiřovat.

Ambiciózní absolventi se mohou přihlásit do Trainee

programu s nástupním platem 50 000 Kč. Během 12 až

18 měsíců poznají firmu napříč odděleními a odstartují

kariéru třeba rovnou na manažerské pozici.

ČEZ Group connects education with real-world practice

through original projects such as the “Energy Leaving

Exam”. This year, it took place at the Ledvice Power Plant

and offered students from partner schools an intensive

three-day programme — from lectures on conventional

and renewable energy to on-site tours and a final

test. Beyond these events, ČEZ has long supported

the popularisation of physics and engineering across

the country through its “Education and Energy Made

Fun” platform, which offers schools programmes,

competitions and educational materials.

Kaufland offers students opportunities ranging from their

very first work experience to the start of a full career.

It provides placements for secondary school students

in retail, logistics and its meat-processing plant, and works

directly with vocational schools. University students can

take up internships open to all study years and disciplines

— and the company is keen to expand this collaboration

further. Ambitious graduates can apply for the Trainee

Programme with a starting salary of CZK 50,000. Over

the course of 12 to 18 months, they gain insight into

the company across departments and may kick-start their

career straight into a managerial role.
