In this spirit of change, the 4EDUCO conference will take
place on December 5, 2025 at Černá louka. This is not just
a traditional seminar – it brings together school leaders,
company representatives, technology enthusiasts,
HR managers, students and teachers. Together they
seek answers to questions such as: How do we turn
education from a duty into an adventure? How do we
handle the challenges that are coming? And how can
we effectively connect the worlds of schools and business
so that education responds to real-world needs while
companies find talent ready for the future?
The programme is interactive – participants are not
passive listeners. They will be able to ask questions,
share their experiences and actively join the discussions.
Efficient interaction will be facilitated via the Slido app.
The 2025 conference topics reflect the most up-to-date
challenges and trends in education. Below you’ll find
an overview of the main programme blocks.
AI and Cybersecurity
How technology is transforming both schools
and businesses – and what it means for security
and legislation. Practical examples include integrating
AI into teaching, corporate tools for development, key
risks and emerging opportunities. The main speaker
is Dalibor Mráz, followed by a panel discussion
and additional experts.
Non-Formal Education and School Projects
Another key theme is education that goes beyond
the classroom and beyond traditional teaching.
The programme showcases examples of projects,
international collaborations, initiatives such as Erasmus+,
outdoor modules and innovative activities focused
on experiential learning.
HR and Corporate Practice
The third major section focuses on connecting education
with the labour market. How do we build a company
culture in which adults continue to learn? Participants will
gain insights into school–industry cooperation, corporate
learning strategies and practical models for recruitment
and employee development.
Workshops: From Inspiration to Action
The afternoon part of the conference will offer a series
of practical workshops where participants can experience
first-hand what they heard about in the morning – whether
it’s working with AI tools, examples of experiential learning
or specific methods used in corporate development.
Networking, Expo and Connections
On the evening before the conference, a Welcome
Meetup will take place – an informal gathering for
speakers, registered participants and partners.
During the 4EDUCO conference, an expo
zone will be open, featuring, among others,
the Formula TU Ostrava student team competing in the
international Formula Student engineering competition,
Wolfiedo, Bohemia Interactive and many more.
The expo is a space for building connections, forming
partnerships and finding inspiration – from concrete tools
to solutions you can apply in your school or company.
Educaon is changing faster than ever. Digital technologies, arcial intelligence and new forms
of collaboraon between schools and businesses are fundamentally transforming how we learn,
how we teach others, and how we prepare young people for the future.
