MANAŽERSKÉ FÓRUM, Jak to vidí... Jaký vývoj vidíte v oblasti průmyslové výroby v kraji?

Vzhledem ke koncentraci automobilo-
vé a další průmyslové výroby má náš kraj
velkou šanci být lídrem v oblastech auto-
matizace a robotizace, které se v tomto
segmentu ekonomiky nejrychleji implemen-
tují do praxe. Koneckonců pozitivní příkla-
dy z praxe již v regionu jsou. Myslím si , že
tak máme šanci se v těchto důležitých ob-
lastech mnohem rychleji a lépe zorientovat
než ostatní regiony ČR. Bude však záležet
na ochotě zaměstnanců a schopnostech
manažerů rychle se adaptovat na nové pod-
mínky, které budou rozhodovat o přežití
firem v pocovidové době. V tom jim mo-
hou velmi dobře pomoci právě HR specia-
listé i z menších firem, které dovedou velmi
rychle reagovat na potřeby a požadavky fi-
rem svými programy adaptivního leadershi-
pu, který umějí firmám ušít na míru. 5G vní-
mám jako oblast, kterou musí prioritně jako
jeden ze strategických cílů uchopit vláda
a následná realizace je spíš téma pro velké
společnosti, než pro menší firmy, i když
malí mohou být v roli subdodavatelů nepo-
stradatelní a mnohem flexibilnější než velcí.
Ve všech případech bude záležet na ocho-
tě lidí se rychle přizpůsobit a mnohdy se
i naučit nové věci.
Due to a high concentration of automobile
and other industrial production, our region
has a large chance to become the country’s
leader in the fields of automation and
robotics, which are being implemented
in practical use at the fastest pace in this
economic segment. The region has positive
practical examples of this already, after all.
Therefore, I think that we have a chance
to adapt faster and better in these important
fields than other regions in the country.
It will, however, depend on the employees’
and managers’ willingness and ability to
quickly adjust to new requirements that
will dictate the survival of companies
after the pandemic. HR specialists from
smaller companies may be of great aid
in this, with their ability to quickly react
to company demands and needs through
adaptive leadership programmes that
can be tailored to fit specific businesses.
I perceive the topic of 5G to be something
the government takes hold of as a strategic
goal, and I believe that its implementation
is then a task for larger, rather than smaller
corporations, even though smaller firms can
then become priceless as subcontractors
due to their larger capability for flexibility.
Either way, everything will depend on the
people’s willingness to quickly adapt and
often even learn new things.

Průmysl nyní celosvětově zažívá těžké časy
a náš region v tomto není výjimkou. My, při
výrobě železničních náprav a dvojkolí, vě-
nujeme pozornost automatizované výrobě,
která zkracuje výrobní procesy a eliminuje
prostoje strojů, které vznikají už jen při mani-
pulaci s materiálem.
V kooperaci se sesterskou společností,
WALBO AUTOMATION, pracujeme na po-
stupné automatizaci naší výroby, což se jeví
jako jedna z nejlepších cest a také opatření
proti „vyšší moci“, kdy nejen v Moravsko-
slezském kraji došlo z důvodu karantén
k zastavení výroby u mnoha společností,
a to doslova ze dne na den. Firmy, které mají
dostatečný kapitál a také odvahu změnit za-
běhnuté pořádky, se ubírají rovněž směrem
automatizace výroby, která je nutná pro to,
aby zůstaly i nadále konkurenceschopné.
Předpokládám tedy, že stejně jako my
budou uvažovat i jiné, progresivní, firmy
v Moravskoslezském kraji, jelikož dle mého
názoru je budoucí prosperita průmyslu v na-
šem regionu vyloženě závislá na implemen-
taci moderních technologií, automatizaci
a robotizaci.
Industry is experiencing a very difficult
time worldwide, and our region is no
exception. Our company, which produces
railway axleboxes and wheelsets, pays
great care to automated production,
which allows for the reduction
of production processes and eliminates
machinery downtime, which now occurs
only when handling material.
In cooperation with our sister company,
Walbo Automation, we are gradually
introducing automated production, which
is one of the safest ways and measures
to fight “force majeure,” such as the lockdown
in the Morvaian-Silesian Region when the
quarantine actually stopped production
in many companies overnight. Even
companies lacking sufficient capital and the
courage to transform their routine are turning
in the direction of automated production
necessary to keep them competitive.
I suppose that other progressive companies
of the Moravian-Silesian Region also think
the same, because the future prosperity
of industry in our region directly depends
on the implementation of modern
technologies, automation and robotization.
