SprayVision je technologická rma, která vznikla
v roce 2018 s cílem posunout průmyslové lakování
do digitální éry. Vyvíjí vlastní hardware a soware,
přinášející objekvní a datově řízený přístup
k lakovacímu procesu.

in 2018 with the goal of bringing industrial coang
into the digital era. It develops its own hardware
and soware that delivers an objecve, data-driven
approach to the coang process.

Máme zákazníky ve více než 25 zemích. Naše techno-
logie využívají prakticky všechny přední automobilky –
Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, Stellantis, Renault, Honda
– i výrobci luxusních vozů. Spolupracujeme také s je-
jich dodavateli, například s Magnou nebo OPmobility,
a s výrobci aplikátoru i barev.

Podívali jsme se na lakování z jiného úhlu a přinesli
do něj data-driven přístup a digitalizaci. Díky techno-
logiím SprayCapture® a SprayBrush®, které máme
patentovány, získáváme přesná data už v mokré fázi
nánosu, čímž zrychlujeme proces, snižujeme náklady
a zajišťujeme stabilní opakovatelnost. Velkou výhodou
je i rychlost implementace – plně funkční řešení doká-
žeme nasadit během jediného měsíce.

Our solution digitalises the painting
process. What previously relied
on experience and lengthy testing is now
transformed into precise, measurable
data. For the first time, manufacturers can
see the real effect of the applied paint
while it is still wet and optimise the process
without wasting paint, energy, or time.
A Unique standalone approach
Most competitors try to optimise directly
on the production line, either through
additional software for robots or hardware
peripherals that collect data only during
full production. We chose a different path.
We developed SprayCapture®, a device
positioned standalone that captures data
instantly while the paint is still wet. This
allows customers to see results before
the process even enters production. This
approach is unique – it doesn’t interfere
with operations and delivers results
and data that no one else can provide
at such an early stage.
Measurable Savings and Fast Return
on Investment
Our technology saves up to 20% of paint
annually, reduces scrap rates by 3–15%,
and cuts the time needed to set up a line
by roughly half. As a result, investments
usually pay back in less than a year.
Development: From Experience
to Precise Data
We started as a small team with many
years of experience in paint shops
and paint manufacturing. We saw that
processes were often set up by trial
and error or based on the “experienced
eye” of a technician. We wanted to move
these decisions into the realm of precise,
objective, data-driven analysis.
Customers From Automotive,
Aerospace and Woodworking
The customers are primarily OEMs and Tier 1
and Tier 2 suppliers in the automotive industry,
but increasingly also companies in aerospace
and even woodworking. Their focus has
shifted from simply stabilising processes
to driving digitalisation and integrating data
across the entire painting workflow.
Successful International Expansion
We already serve customers in more than
25 countries. Our technology is used
by nearly all major car manufacturers
– Porsche, Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi,
Stellantis, Renault, Honda – as well
as premium car brands. We also work
closely with their suppliers, such
as Magna or OPmobility, and with robot
manufacturers like ABB and FANUC.
