Ecovac CHU machines equipped with this
system are already helping to maintain
the quality of coolants in engineering
operations, and that is what we are most
proud of.
Do you cover only small workshops,
or also large industrial companies? What
scale of operations are your solutions
designed for?
That is precisely the strength of our
product portfolio. For large operations,
we supply machines such as the Freddy
Max, which can pump, filter, and return
clean coolant at a rate of 3,500 litres per
hour. The Freddy Ecovac CHU can even
operate in automatic mode. For routine
maintenance or smaller workshops,
we offer the Freddy Micro Plus, which still
pumps at a rate of 200 litres of coolant per
minute.
How do you adapt the equipment
to the needs of a customer’s specific
operation?
A trial run is usually welcomed by customers
as their staff have the opportunity to test
what they consider most important for
improving their work. Management is often
present as well, allowing the solution
to be verified directly in their production
environment. This provides a solid basis for
defining the technical specifications of the
Freddy unit best suited to their operation
in terms of cost-to-performance ratio.
Are you planning any new products
or technologies this year or in
the coming years?
In cooperation with the British
manufacturer Freddy, we hold ongoing
consultations. These are always based
on specific and usually individual
customer requirements arising from
the needs of their operations. That
is why we are pleased to supply unique
machines—whether it’s the size of the tank,
performance, accessory configurations,
or, more recently, even colours and design.
One such custom-made machine will
be part of our exhibition at MSV Brno this
