companies from the food industry, processing industry,
and logistics – ranging from start-ups to international

ergonomics, high operating costs, low product
quality, low productivity, or the necessity to introduce
the production of a new product.

What role do simulation tools and digital
design play?
Digital design and simulation are an integral part
of our work. Using CAD software, we create
a virtual twin of the machine. Functionality, strength,
layout, and ergonomics are verified through
simulations and virtual reality. This approach speeds
up development, minimises errors, and allows us to test
more variants than would be possible using traditional
methods.
SEMA specialises in the development and producon
of tailor-made industrial machines and producon
lines, helping companies to streamline manufacturing,
reduce operang costs, and achieve consistent
output quality. These are unique machines designed
and manufactured according to the specic needs
and requirements of each operaon and customer
(e.g. various manipulators, roboc workstaons,
