How long have you been working with
the Ridera Sport complex?
We have been working with the Ridera
Sport complex since 2021 as part of our
employee benefit programme focused
on wellness and regeneration.
Which specific services or activities
at the complex do your employees use
most often?
Our employees most often take advantage
of the wellness centre, massages,
and badminton courts. The wellness area
offers the perfect space for relaxation
and recovery after a demanding workday,
massages are popular for quick relief from
tension, and badminton provides an active
way to unwind with colleagues or family.
What feedback have you received from
employees? What do they appreciate
most about Ridera Sport?
They most appreciate the comprehensive
nature of the wellness centre’s services –
having access to a pool, sauna, whirlpool,
and massages all in one place is a major
benefit for them. They also value
the pleasant environment, cleanliness,
and professional attitude of the staff.
Do you consider the partnership

Yes, we see this cooperation as a highly
beneficial tool in supporting our employees

If not, are you considering this form
of team building in the future?
We have already organised two badminton
tournaments for our employees at the
complex, and this year will mark the third.
The event is very popular, and the
employee participation continues to grow.
